These terms apply when you buy from Duck Duck Goose 3D Printing LLC ("we", "us") through this website.

Orders

When you place an order, you'll get a confirmation email. Your order is accepted when it ships. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any Georgia sales tax are added at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal.

Handmade by a 3D printer

Every item is printed to order or in small batches, so tiny layer lines, slight colour differences between batches and small variations from the photos are normal and part of the charm. They aren't defects.

Custom work

For commissions and personalised prints, we'll agree the design, size, colours, price and timing with you by email before we start. [Edit if you take a deposit, and how much.] If you send us a file to print, you confirm you have the right to have it printed.

Safety

Our prints are decorative and novelty items. Some contain small parts and aren't suitable for children under 3. They aren't food-safe unless we say so.
